Responsibility

Train and supervise line and prep cooks. Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies. Prepare food items using various cooking techniques. Execute catering orders. Ensure product and service standards are consistently at a high level. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance. Manage inventory and verify food storage logs. Identify and communicate inventory levels and equipment needs. Have complete knowledge of our products and policies. Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with staff members. Open / close restaurant according to company standards. Maintain the highest level of energy and integrity in the restaurant. Recognize, ensure, and maintain quality in all of our products and services

Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the guest experience through exceptional hospitality.
