Overview Catering Billing Assistant provides the highest customer service to customers of USU Catering and works closely with USU Events Services. USU Catering provides a great work environment and social atmosphere with an excellent employee recognition program. Responsibilities The Catering Billing Assistant is responsible for answering catering calls and basic catering questions, invoicing, billing, and processing payments for customers. Additional duties include managing past due accounts and correcting errors on catering tickets.
