About the team: We are looking for individuals to join our Food team as the regional/country F&B point of contact. We’ve gone through monumental growth over the past years and you can play an integral role in supporting our future continued success. This position will collaborate with various business, technology, and operations teams to provide an excellent end-user service experience. In addition, you will help contribute to and improve product strategy and features. We are the unsung heroes of the company, passionate about serving our stakeholders and all who step into our office. There is never a dull moment and so much to learn! Responsibilities: • Provide proactive and quality office(s) food service operations onsite daily to manage the employee meal hours including lunch (12 pm-1:30 pm) & Dinner (6 pm-7 pm) • Support policy and process implementation. • Purchase food and beverage supplies, manage expense tracking, submission, and vendor processes • Manage operations such as tech talks, team off-site/team building, and any client/user requests • Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; • Support vendor management • Collect and action user feedback Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in hospitality management, catering management, general business management, etc. • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in hospitality management, catering management, general business management, etc. • 2-3 years of professional experience in relative food industries; catering service/vendor provider management and structure • Experience in on-site catering management in technology companies with an ability to navigate different applications and platforms to drive data-driven solutions • Basic knowledge of catering setup along with coffee breaks and food safety guidelines, risks, and actions to correct risks • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills producing data-driven insights. • Flexible with up to 40% time on travel if needed TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
