Responsibility

As a carpet cleaning manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the carpet cleaning division of a company. They manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians and ensure that all cleaning jobs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. They are also responsible for managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, scheduling appointments with clients, and handling customer. Manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard. Maintain and repair carpet cleaning equipment, and order supplies as needed. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality of service. Schedule appointments with clients and communicate effectively with them to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Provide estimates to clients for carpet cleaning services and handle billing and payment processing. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all carpet cleaning jobs, including customer information, cleaning methods used, and cleaning supplies and equipment used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Train new carpet cleaning technicians and ensure they are familiar with cleaning procedures and equipment
