As a carpet cleaning manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the carpet cleaning division of a company. They manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians and ensure that all cleaning jobs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. They are also responsible for managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, scheduling appointments with clients, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. What's in it for YOU? • Competitive Pay • PTO after 90 days • Holiday Pay Check out the exciting duties and responsibilities you'll undertake as part of our dynamic team: • Manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard. • Maintain and repair carpet cleaning equipment, and order supplies as needed. • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality of service. • Schedule appointments with clients and communicate effectively with them to ensure their needs and expectations are met. • Provide estimates to clients for carpet cleaning services and handle billing and payment processing. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain accurate records of all carpet cleaning jobs, including customer information, cleaning methods used, and cleaning supplies and equipment used. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. • Train new carpet cleaning technicians and ensure they are familiar with cleaning procedures and equipment. Here are the qualifications we're looking for: • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred. • Proven experience in managing a team in the carpet cleaning industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment. • Ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies. • Familiarity with health and safety regulations. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Some Basic Requirements • Must have a valid driver's license (we don't want anyone stuck at home!) • Schedule:9-hour shift (because we believe in work-life balance!) • Monday to Friday but must be available nights and weekends to accommodate client schedules • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and you must be okay with being exposed to cleaning chemicals etc..
