Home Health - Monday through Friday - Part-time No weekend requirements - 48 hours bi-weekly 8:00am-4:30 pm Under the direction of a licensed Registered Nurse, provides a range of nursing care activities and related personal care services to maintain control of the patient within a safe environment. Actively participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team. Minimum Qualifications: Education - Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program, with 60 hours of training, resulting in a Certified Nursing Assistant, required. Experience - One year experience as a CNA in an acute care or rehab setting is required. Home Health experience is preferred. Licensure/Certification - Must provide own transportation. Current, valid, driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle required. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant. Certification as a Home Health Aide in the State of Maryland required after one year of employment. Current BLS (CPR) in compliance with policy.
