Responsibility
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities while performing general labor and maintenance tasks as needed. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas. Assist with labor-intensive tasks, such as moving furniture, loading/unloading materials, and setting up equipment. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, or patching drywall. Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report any larger issues to management. Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
