Responsibility

The mission of the Business Systems Administrator is to ensure all employees in a remote-first environment have the software and technology to be effective in their assigned role within Andros. Primary responsibilities include technical support of all business applications, recommendations of new applications, expanding the use of software and technology throughout the company, and end-user support/training. Perform tasks such as setting up individual and group admins, security permissions and policies. Implementation, Maintenance, and Management of 3rd party applications inside Andros, including but not limited to;. Google Workspace, Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence and Service Management), Rippling Apps, Slack, Microsoft, Smartsheet, Adobe, Docusign. Support of Atlassian Jira projects and Confluence Spaces, ability to create new projects and spaces. Create and test automation, set up boards or aid users in setting them up. Configure and implement workflows and reporting for business users. Ensure data security measures are implemented and followed to protect sensitive information. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, this may include coordinating repair with a vendor. Maintain a familiarity with business system functions, structures, and capabilities. Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and user guides. Train users on IT systems and software applications to enhance their productivity and efficiency (including, but not limited to Jira, GSuite software, Slack, Smartsheet, Lucidchart). Involved with maintaining an accurate inventory for all tracked Andros assets using approved asset control platforms. Keep up to date on supported apps, features, functionality and changes. Work with management to close gaps. Involved in Andros’ SOC2 annual certification process. Work with key stakeholders to create, rework and enforce policies relating to SOC2 compliance. Assist in the management of the Security Training Platform. Help Desk Support. Lead the on and off boarding process to include user creation, deletion and hardware configuration. End User support of Andros company software, including but not limited to;. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to users via phone, Slack, email, or remote assistance. Provide support for Apple, Windows, and Linux endpoints

Desired Qualifications: • 6+ years in an IT Business Administration role • 2+ years experience with Atlassian Products • 2+ years experience with GSuite Experience • Experience supporting a remote, geographically-dispersed workforce in the US • Experience with Rippling Suite of Apps a plus • 2+ years of xp in Application integration experience Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000
