Properly allows owners to manage their vacation rental effectively and to a professional standard, get great reviews, and as a result, maximize bookings and have peace of mind. Properly also aligns incentives between owners and their service providers, helping cleaners to make more money and owners to deliver consistent quality. Properly provides web and mobile apps, best-practice courses, training modules for owners and cleaners, easy-to-use checklists, a comprehensive system-of-record, and a global service provider network built around scalable and certified training, to support the delivery of consistent, high-quality rentals. In addition to owners and their service providers, Properly also supports managers and listing platforms to acquire and support owners, and to scalably implement brands. This US-based role requires direct communication with potential clients, online, engaging both small and enterprise-level businesses goals, monitoring success and reporting on campaigns and partnerships. The sales funnel will include a well-defined segmentation of clients ranging from large corporate management clients to individual hosts, DMO’s, listing sites to bespoke business solutions related to certification and remote inspection. Smaller accounts will be focussed on automated response mechanisms but other market segments will require an intelligent and customer-centric approach to deliver volume results working closely with both the marketing department, customers service and technical implementation teams. The successful candidate is expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and global work environment and is comfortable with introducing new technologies and processes into companies while maintaining the absolute highest standards of client satisfaction. Grow, manage and retain our client base. Build close relationships with our clients, always looking for ways to improve the product. Find creative ways to solve our clients’ challenges.
