Responsibility
Entry level business-to-business (B2B) sales position responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned territory. Generates and secures new sales in a professional environment by calling on and prospecting with property management firms, as well as large corporations and sports related facilities. This role typically achieves and manages a portfolio within a local, one branch territory, consisting of annual total revenues of approximately $500K to $800K. Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to small to large businesses such as property managers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurant, banks or any company in need of superior lawn care products/services. Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts. Generates new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers. Negotiates price and design by using company provided guidelines and technology/CRM. Generates leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc. Project management duties within branch, including coordinating with local branch management and service team. Pay Ranges $41,237.00 - $68,728.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
