Responsibility
The Business Development Admin works with the Business Development, Client Interface Management and Solutions teams to manage and retain existing customers and handle administrative task support for the internal teams. Communicate contract terms, deadlines and notices to appropriate parties. Follow up to ensure contractual terms are maintained and satisfied. Schedule and manage account review meetings with clients and the assigned Business Development Representative for continuity and account upgrades. Work closely with Accounting and Client Interface Management on invoices, monthly billing, contract lifecycles renewals, timelines and cancellation policies and procedures. Manage State Registration Portal credentials. Create, manage and maintain registrations and credentials in a timely manner and maintain a centralized digital file. Schedule, organize and manage all conference details, excluding individual travel arrangements, including a company-wide conference calendar, attendee registrations, booth reservations, booth material delivery and inventor, presentation deadline submissions and post-conference debrief meetings. Maintain an organized and complete system of electronic files. Upload all new documents, dates, and communications to HubSpot. Steward Client User Count compliance. Coordinate with data team for client specific data that will inform renewals. Maintain organizational standards of professionalism and performance. Participate in training and professional development as required. Follow policy and procedure. Give and receive feedback in a professional and timely manner. Maintain positivity while managing conflict. Other duties as assigned
