Responsibility

As a Business Analyst you will be instrumental in enabling the NARF Sales team to deliver outstanding results. In this role, you will support the Walmart and Club customer sales teams with accurate creation and completion of selling materials and forms, systems management, and business reporting. You will be our boots on the ground to support customer inquiries, growth opportunities, general customer maintenance and internal & external meeting/event support & execution. Serve as the primary support member for the North America Retailer Foodservice sales working with Walmart & Club customers. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support specific customer needs like sample requests, gathering store level product information, sales activity support, etc. Manage physical kitchen resources, customer supplies, and other support tools.]. Manage and update customer systems with accurate & complete General Mills information (i.e. pricing files, new item creation, product specifications, etc.). Assist the team in procuring samples, supplies, kitchen tools through various sources, including GMI plants, DOT Foods, EPS, Amazon Business, and local stores/clubs. Support critical internal & external meeting & events like Joint Business Plans (JBPs), Channel Meetings and customer visits. OVERVIEW Are you interested in supporting some of our most critical North America Retail Bakery and Deli customers? Join our North American Food Sales Operations team as a Business Analyst supporting the North America Retail Foodservice (NARF) Walmart and Club (Sam’s Club, Costco, BJ’s etc.) customers! As a Business Analyst you will be instrumental in enabling the NARF Sales team to deliver outstanding results. In this role, you will support the Walmart and Club customer sales teams with accurate creation and completion of selling materials and forms, systems management, and business reporting. You will be our boots on the ground to support customer inquiries, growth opportunities, general customer maintenance and internal & external meeting/event support & execution. With our strategic growth initiatives across bread, pizza, and other platforms, you will be supporting one of the largest NAF plan makers! This role requires you to be located near Rogers, Arkansas, as you will be required to work in-office frequently.
