Responsibility

As a Brunch Captain at Hen Quarter, you'll be a pivotal leader in maintaining the high standards of service, quality, and Southern hospitality that define our restaurant. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to Southern hospitality and flavor while ensuring the smooth functioning of our vibrant restaurant. Service Coordination:. Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of brunch services, including table arrangements, buffet setups, and special brunch features. Ensure all dining areas are prepared according to the establishment's standards and guest expectations. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of brunch items. Staff Management:. Lead, train, and motivate servers, bussers, and support staff. Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members, ensuring clarity of roles and smooth operation. Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any issues promptly. Customer Service:. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently. Communicate with guests throughout the service to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Operations Oversight:. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels of brunch supplies and place orders as needed. Maintain accurate records of service details, including guest counts, menus, and special requests. Inspect dining setups for accuracy, cleanliness, and visual appeal. Ensure all food and beverage items are presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperatures. Conduct post-service evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
