We are adding talent to our King Street (Charleston, SC) location! The ideal candidate is fashion forward, has experience with sales, is comfortable and confident to work independently for short periods of time during their shift, is passionate about styling clients & creating a positive team environment. TINA Stephens stores are the largest retailer of the TEES by TINA fashion brand. These wardrobe staples are regularly featured in Vogue, Refinery 29 and other leading fashion publications, and are surprisingly affordable. The most recent addition to our stores offerings is the TINA Stephens Made in Italy collection featuring easy to care, easy to wear, flowing and fashion forward linens, cottons, and silks. We currently operate 13 store locations and growing. Our team members are responsible for creating a great store energy and most importantly driving sales, while maintaining excellent visual standards and effective operational controls within your store. Successful team members are sales focused, KPI (key performance indicators) driven, high energy, and enjoy providing outstanding service to our guests. Job Requirements: • Be a team player with a positive attitude • DRIVE SALES by providing the highest level of customer service by building relationships with customers to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe options • Effectively utilize the point of sale system to process transactions and capture customer information • Assist in processing shipments • Maintain store standards to ensure the store is visually appealing Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 24 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Afternoon shift • Day shift • Evenings as needed • Evening shift • Every weekend • Monday to Friday • Rotating weekends • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Why do you think that you would be a good fit for this position?
