Responsibility

Up to 20 hours weekly. Successful team members are sales focused, KPI (key performance indicators) driven, high energy, and enjoy providing outstanding service to our guests. DRIVE SALES by providing the highest level of customer service by building relationships with customers to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe options. Effectively utilize the point of sale system to process transactions and capture customer information. Assist in processing shipments. Maintain store standards to ensure the store is visually appealing. 8 hour shift

The most recent addition to our stores offerings is the TINA Stephens Made in Italy collection featuring easy to care, easy to wear, flowing and fashion forward linens, cottons, and silks. We currently operate 13 store locations and growing. Our team members are responsible for creating a great store energy and most importantly driving sales, while maintaining excellent visual standards and effective operational controls within your store.
