Responsibility
Full Installation of new and replacement systems from cooling to heating depending on customers’ needs. Provide a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system with the customer, using an exploratory technique to understand the client’s needs and develop options that meet customer needs. Tests pipe, tubing joints & connections for leaks, using pressure gauge, leak detection additives or soap-and-water solution. Tests electrical circuits & components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. Repairs & replaces defective equipment, components & wiring. Discusses heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Work to continuously grow your technical skills. 100% completion of install checklist. No call backs from customers. Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals

Minimum Requirements • MUST know how to install Boilers. • FHW/Boiler/Steam is a must. • HVAC experience required: 3+ years. • EPA Universal Certification required. • NATE certification a plus! • Sheet Metal License is a plus! • Electrical experience • Hot works certification (preferred) • OSHA 10+ (preferred) • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
