We offer: The Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) position is a performance-based, hands-on, customer-focused role responsible for delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sales and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include developing, assisting, and participating in all marketing and collection efforts, both internally and externally. Job Responsibilities • Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Actively assist in meeting the center’s performance metrics. Utilize sales tools to provide an exceptional customer experience and use sales and marketing techniques to ensure the branch drives new customer growth. Present financial solutions based on customer needs, develop new relationships, and educate customers on their loans. • Operations, Compliance, & Collections: Assist in managing the P&L, adhere to company policies, maintain accurate cash controls, and document collection activities. • Team & Leadership: Work closely with and support others in a positive, team environment to enhance the customer experience.Education Required High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Experience Required Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience. One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred. Knowledge Required Strong math skills, professional verbal communication, ability to read and apply complex information, ability to negotiate payment terms, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Physical Requirements Standing for long periods, walking, bending, sitting occasionally, lifting less than 10 lbs, and up to 20 lbs occasionally; must have access to reliable transportation. Travel Must have a valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation for marketing, collections, staffing, and banking responsibilities. Attire The Company offers employees the option of wearing professional attire such as polos, blouses, collared shirts, and appropriate shoes. Other Must be 18 (19 in AL), eligible to work in the USA, and able to complete all post-offer screens, including a criminal background check. Regular attendance is required, and schedules may change to accommodate business needs.
