Location Description Welcome to Naples Grande Beach Resort, a prestigious property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, nestled in the heart of Naples, Florida. Take the first step towards a rewarding career by applying today. Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Beach Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence. Minimum Requirements: • 1 year of outdoor job related or hospitality experience preferred • Ability to work weekends and holidays with a varied schedule • Ability to communicate with our guests in a clear and professional manner, speak and read fluently in English • Must have a valid driver license with clean driving record • CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with speed and accuracy. • Ability to work well in fast-paced and high-pressure environments • Ability to be a team player and take initiative to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to stand/walk/step for extended periods of time in an outdoor environment • Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity). • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time • Ability to swim • Pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks while following appropriate safety procedures. Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Beach Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally • Follow policies, procedures, and service standards • Ability to communicate with others and assist where help is needed • Ability to setup and breakdown beach equipment; beach chairs, cabanas, day beds, kayaks, and paddleboards • Have full knowledge of the outlet menu including food & beverage, beach activities and retail merchandise • Ability to swim, able to operate water sports • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards • Follow all safety and sanitation policies in place • Daily organization and cleanliness of beach equipment; loungers, trams, cabanas, ATV’s • Other duties as assigned
