This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally. Ability to communicate with others and assist where help is needed. Ability to setup and breakdown beach equipment; beach chairs, cabanas, day beds, kayaks, and paddleboards. Ability to swim, able to operate water sports. Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies in place. Daily organization and cleanliness of beach equipment; loungers, trams, cabanas, ATV’s. Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence.
