Job description A US-based healthtech company that specializes in providing users with gut-health and food as medicine programs is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will be joining as a long-term team member to build out the company's core products. The company provides users with digital treatment and therapeutics solutions for weight management, hyperlipidemia, hypertension... diabetes, and digestive problems. This will be a long-term position that requires at least 4 hours overlap with the EST time zone. It is a nice opportunity for developers to work for an innovative company and make a rapid career progression. Job Responsibilities: Breakdown multifaceted problems into simple tasks and solve them effectively Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and bring new ideas to the table Provide regular feedback and mentor other team members Improve the code quality through testing, automation, and code reviews Build robust and scalable applications Job Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) At least 3 years of relevant experience as a back-end developer Prolific knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and React Deep knowledge in AWS Extensive experience and knowledge in Event-Driven Architecture Prior working experience of C# is nice to have Ability to perform without much hand-holding Strong problem-solving and communication skills Excellent English communication skills Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
