Provide the sales management team with regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Contribute to developing sales materials, presentations, and other collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions

Role Description We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader with a proven track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions to US health insurance payors. The ideal candidate should possess strong listening skills and a passion for driving sales and building lasting client relationships. Requirements • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed – Have high energy to lead and drive business. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong focus on selling SaaS solutions in the US health insurance market. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. • In-depth understanding of the US health insurance industry, including its regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key stakeholders. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer pain points and position our solutions as the best-fit offering. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.
