Responsibility

The AGM will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality. Operational Excellence: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure smooth and efficient service. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives impeccable service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high service standards. Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability. Monitor inventory, labor costs, and revenue streams to meet financial goals. Quality Control: Uphold the restaurant’s standards for food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring consistency across all aspects of the dining experience. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team and Maitre d’ to plan and execute private dining events, wine dinners, and other special occasions. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as local and state laws. Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational or guest-related issues with professionalism and efficiency. Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
