The Army National Guard serves both community and country while developing essential career skills. Individuals who serve with the Army National Guard will receive comprehensive training, benefits, and real-world experiences that can be applied to a successful future career. Receive 100% paid tuition to PA state colleges and trade schools. Earn a monthly stipend for being a full-time student. Qualifications • Maintain a commitment to serve both community and country • Meet the minimum enlistment requirements, including age, citizenship, and education • Pass a medical exam and any necessary physical fitness standards • Complete the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) process • Meet the security and background check standards • Complete basic military training and any advanced training requirements • Must be able to report for and participate in periodic training and mission-related activities as required
