Responsibility

While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will. Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Manage up to 6 crews/electrical projects ranging from 40,000 to 200,000 man hours or $15M-$40M with gross margins over 13%. Supervise 6 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 75-100 employees on one or multiple projects. Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction. Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices. Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry.
