Responsibility
You will be over seeing the daily operations of 2 smaller properties in Croswell, MI. The position works closely with the maintenance team to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved. Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work. Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants. Must present a positive attitude and be team-orientedMaintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy. Assist with other tasks as needed. Must be organized. Promote resident activities
