Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and guide team members in Android development best practices and standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and maintainable code. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Android development, and apply them to enhance our mobile applications. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, and propose effective solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of bug-free and user-friendly applications. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, and propose mitigating strategies. Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and other stakeholders. Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Act as a subject matter expert on Kotlin and Android development, and share knowledge and insights with the team. Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools in Android development, and evaluate their potential use in our applications.
