Manage and lead a team of data analysts, guiding them on various projects, setting project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Architect, develop, and maintain data visualization and data management solutions, leveraging various technologies and platforms. Collaborate with other project teams, stakeholders, and clients to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze client data from multiple applications, ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct detailed data analysis, interpret data, and turn insights into actionable strategies that drive business value. Improve the quality of data use and its effect on business outcomes by implementing new data analysis techniques and technologies. Establish and enforce analytics policies, procedures, and governance to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and deliver training to team members and other stakeholders on data management and visualization tools and best practices. Prepare and present reports and insights to management and clients, providing recommendations for business and process improvement. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

Job Summary: Eigen X is seeking an Analytics Manager who will play a key role in shaping our data analytics strategy. You'll leverage your technical expertise and managerial experience to drive business intelligence efforts, build and oversee a talented team, and design complex data solutions to help our clients transform their businesses. To excel in this role, you will have a background in analytics, the ability to foster relationships with staff across departments, and be motivated to continuously achieve positive results. Job location is Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia, PA.
