Overview: PFL Services is looking for a candidate that has 1 - 2 years of packing and shipping experience. Duties and Responsibilities: • Expected to take initiative and be productive • Able to read and understand shop orders, production schedules and follow written or verbal instructions • Meet and exceed Syntec's expectations (Safety, Quality, productivity) • Identify and Separate nonconforming parts • Report Issues to Maintenances as needed and make supervisor aware. • Must follow all safety rules and regulations • Housekeeping throughout and end of shift • other duties as required Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 40 lbs • Must be able to stand the entire shift • Position required bending, stooping, stretching and reaching Job Requirements: • High school diploma/GED preferred. • Effective communication skills. • Self-starter and well organized. • Should be able to work well in a multicultural environment. • Experience in a manufacturing facility. • Basic knowledge of computer use. • Flexible to perform multiple job functions and duties. • Valid NC Driver's License Work Location: High Point, NC Interested?
