Responsibility

The Administration position is responsible for creating Contract Shells in the WB reporting system and Contract Delivery Packets for completed contract conversions. This position is responsible for creating new Jira Setup tickets related to HBO and MAX originals as well as creating Jira STAT tickets reflecting participant contact information. Additionally, the Admin may assist in digital filing and other office tasks. Create digital folders for each project and populate with relevant contracts pulled from shared files. Set up Contract Shells in WB systems to support profit participation reporting. Able to read and follow instructions on how to create the Contract Shells. Communicate with the team on completion of tasks and provide support for Contract Shell changes/updates as needed. Track Contracts as they are near completion and maintain status reports to expedite workflow. Using available information (i.e. reports, search engines and internal systems) populate Jira project management system tickets with data needed to schedule HBO and MAX original projects. Create Jira Stat tickets using contact information snips from participant contracts. Assist in digital filing and ad hoc projects as needed
