Responsibility

The Intern assists with Play Strong program tasks, ad-hoc requests and is actively involved with Play Strong’s initiatives related to the Eat.Learn.Play. Collaborates with community partners to plan, execute, and attend group patient and family outings. Organizes, tracks, and creates purchase orders for patient incentives and rewards program, including reviewing and awarding of play-based scholarships. Participates in discovery, definition, and design meetings with an external partner to develop a Play Strong digital platform, including a mobile app. Gathers and analyzes data, including running pre-defined queries and formats reports as appropriate. Compiles and builds presentation materials to support projects, showcases new initiatives, reports data findings and other related information. Performs some clerical office coordination and administrative tasks as needed. Collaborates directly with manager and provides recommendations to improve department or business unit

Overview Play Strong Administrative Intern The Play Strong Administrative Intern serves in a nine-month capacity through the school year then may transitions to school credit for their Capstone or Applied Practice Experience in summe. for the final three months (e.g. summer semester). The Intern assists with Play Strong program tasks, ad-hoc requests and is actively involved with Play Strong’s initiatives related to the Eat.Learn.Play. Foundation. The Intern works closely with NCH staff to develop, implement, and evaluate projects and initiatives to improve outcomes and reach for the Play Strong program.
