Responsibility

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday. As an Administrative and Operational Analyst, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and analyzing various administrative and operational activities to improve department efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll be involved in everything from budget management and fiscal operations to policy development, grant support, and staff training. Your work will be crucial in helping the department meet its operational goals while ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation, and internal procedures. Plan and coordinate studies to evaluate administrative and operational activities, including budgeting, equipment usage, and staff patterns. Develop reports and make recommendations to improve processes based on data analysis. Assist in budget creation, fiscal procedures, and cost/benefit analysis. Manage contract proposals, monitor compliance, and support grant writing and implementation. Design and recommend policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and coordinate staff training programs to ensure professional growth and compliance. Supervise a small team, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. Stay updated on relevant legislation and recommend operational adjustments. Prepare reports and provide temporary staff relief as needed
