Responsibility

Maintaining records, files, databases, and financial software to include the Works Small Purchase Credit Card (SPCC) program. Utilize the Electronic Virginia (eVa) procurement system as necessary to conduct Commonwealth procurement to generate orders for goods and services. Obtain quotes on materials and services. Reconcile transactions. Prepare purchase requisitions. Process invoices for payment. Maintain monthly budget reports and correspondence using word processing equipment. Maintain inventory of first aid supplies. Perform data entry into MS Access database. Act as a backup for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
