The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting HR management with administrative and operational tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker Lead will be required to interact with customers, employees and management in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc. Assists with HR related issues during events, and checking in Nonprofit and Aramark Team Members. Logs Call offs and points for union members and communicates staffing shortages to management. Maintain office memos and informative postings. Assembles packets and lead on boarding sessions for new employees. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
