    • * Internal Workers – Please log into your Workday account to apply ** Huntington Hospital Employee Login Compensation Range: Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $67.86 - $89.05 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience. • 12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12. Department: 872000 Resource Center Expectations: Provides on-site leadership, resources and direction to hospital employees and leaders.
