Responsibility

The Administrative Services Manager ensures administrative support needs are met across the organization by collaborating with team leaders and leading a highly effective administrative support team. Serve as the hands-on administrative support team manager to help the team effectively support all Direct Revenue and Corporate Services departments. Work collaboratively with all teams to review needs, establish goals, prioritize, and ensure workload is distributed effectively. Maintain a collaborative team dynamic where admin team members 1) work effectively with the various individuals and teams they support across the business, and 2) also work together as an admin team supporting other admin team members. Assign and oversee key administrative support functions including areas such as calendar management, coordinating travel, client interactions, expense report management, contracting support, document conversion, CRM updates, presentation management, and a variety of other support needs. Directly manage admin desk requests to ensure timely support. Utilize project trackers and/or other tools to ensure projects are completed timely and effectively. Coordinate training and coaching for administrative support team members. Ensure performance reviews and goals are completed through regular communication with the team. Coordinate periodic team meetings to support increased communication and collaboration. Perform key administrative support functions including, but not limited to, filing, mailing, copying, packaging, and binding. Review and edit letters, contracts, proposals, and presentations. Continuously communicate with both internal and external partners. Serve as backup for any administrative role when needed. Identify opportunities for cost savings, better efficiency, or other improvements; recommend and implement policy or process changes as appropriate. Additional tasks and projects as assigned. Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information as well as internal and external communication.
