Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Administrative Secretary. This job offer is a temporary mission. The position is due to start as soon as possible. Your responsibilities: • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency • Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and minutes of the board; • Ensure timetables are followed and that Board papers are prepared and issued; • Coordinate with legal department the preparation of the Board Meetings • Attend to requests for notarization of documents, certified copies of registers and Board resolutions • Respond to due diligence queries and information requests from internal teams • Assist in the management of the Real Estate property of the Company in Luxembourg (including, dealing with tenants, coordination with service providers, etc.) • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations • Provide administrative support to management and other team members, including, but not limiting, with the relation with legal, tax and accounting service providers. Your profile: • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Purchasing or Supply Chain. • You speak fluently German & English. • You have a successful track record in Procurement (min 5 years). • You have problem-solving and analytical skills and a good ease facing numbers. • You have a good technical knowledge of contracts and targeted systems but also in project management and negotiation. • You combine a strong personality/leadership and communication skills with an appetite for finding information on innovative industry trends and for market analysis. • Result and Customer oriented, you are able to work under deadline pressure and to manage the change.
