Responsibility
Manage daily administrative operations, including document management, correspondence, and report generation. Handle time sheet verification, liaising with the accounting department to ensure accuracy in payroll processing. Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and manage logistics for team movements. Maintain and order necessary office supplies, including janitorial and personal protective equipment. Support the operations team by organizing and maintaining files, uploading documents, and assisting with data entry tasks. Organize team meetings and events, prepare agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are available. Operate office equipment and manage repairs and maintenance schedules. Assist in creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Handle confidential and non-routine information with professionalism and discretion
