As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership. Manage and organize the CEO?. s & CFO?s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Review incoming mail and distribute to correct individuals internally. Improve and maintain internal file management system. Act as a point of contact between the CEO & CFO and internal/external clients. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including materials preparation. Handle confidential documents and information with discretion. Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO & CFO?s office and other departments within the organization. Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required to support the CEO & CFO?s objectives
