Responsibility
As the administrative assistant you will provide general administrative support and project coordination for the department. Communicates with internal and external contacts. Provides administrative and logistical support to a team. Creates reports and spreadsheets by obtaining, compiling and organizing data. Schedules for others and utilizes judgment when scheduling conflicts occur. Monitors action items and requests dates for completion to ensure effective and timely completion of requests. Recommends, creates, implements and maintains improved administrative systems, procedures and processes including electronic and paper-based filing systems. Completes projects and tasks with minimal oversight and direction. Promote a safe work environment by actively participating in all aspects of our employee safety program. Report any unsafe conditions and take actions to prevent personal injuries

Description Administrative Assistant Full Time Perm Way of Work: on-site 5 days per week Salary: $24.47 - $34.23 per hour, plus annual bonus Corporate Security is responsible for the safety and security of employees and contractors.
