Responsibility
The Administrative Assistant performs complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support for the Central Region President and the Arizona Market President, with little to no supervision. Performs a variety of administrative support duties for the Executives; requiring considerable judgment, tact, creativity, confidentiality and initiative. Serves as gate keeper including monitoring telephone calls, mail, walk-ins, and meetings. Prepares meeting agendas, transcribes meeting minutes. Interacts, problem solves and makes decisions with board members, administration, corporate personnel, hospital staff and clients. Exercises initiative on behalf of and in the best interest of the Presidents and organization. Prepares business plan, presentations, spreadsheets and grant/proposal submissions. Organizes and maintains files, protocols, legal publications, legislation, statues and codes. Prepares budget information, which includes reviewing expense reports. Monitors budget, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and constraints. Performs complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support for Presidents to include: composes of letters, memos, and reports. Maintains various calendars, tickler systems and databases. Authorizes certain payments and provides synopsis and extract to Division VP's and Hospital Presidents. Manages projects of moderate to highly skilled nature for senior level executive(s) or Vice President(s) and administrative team. Serves as facilitator to ensure assigned projects are completed in timely manner. Prepares reports, statistical data-reports and other documents. Processes and mails projects

Qualifications Minimum Experience: • Five years administrative support experience for senior level executive required. Minimum Education: • HS/GED and college level business courses required.
