Responsibility

As an Administrative Assistant, this hire will support the US Sales Account Management Teams and the Finance and Corporate Communications departments, as needed. They will be responsible for administrative support, planning events and meetings, managing customer giveaways and special projects. Support the US Sales Staff in administrative duties including expense reporting, travel, PTO management, purchase req. processing and follow-up. Support US Sales & WW Sales in creating and managing meetings effectively. They will also be responsible for trade-shows, SPIE & Semicon West, and Veldhoven group meetings held in Chandler with the Finance, Ops, Customer Support, and Supervisory Board teams. Manage processes from start to finish, including suggesting budget needs, polling account managers, ordering, distributing, storing and managing inventory. Administrative support for US-EU sale special projects, ex. territory assignments, org charts, travel, calendar. Customer database implementation. You'll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems

They will be responsible for administrative support, planning events and meetings, managing customer giveaways and special projects. Role and Responsibilities • Administrative Support • Support the US Sales Staff in administrative duties including expense reporting, travel, PTO management, purchase req. processing and follow-up. • Planning Events and Meetings • Support US Sales & WW Sales in creating and managing meetings effectively. This includes site selection, food & beverages, team building. • They will also be responsible for trade-shows, SPIE & Semicon West, and Veldhoven group meetings held in Chandler with the Finance, Ops, Customer Support, and Supervisory Board teams. • Managing Customer Giveaways • Find creative & new ideas for customer giveaways. • Manage processes from start to finish, including suggesting budget needs, polling account managers, ordering, distributing, storing and managing inventory. • Giveaways for tech symposium, SPIE, Semicon & Sales Meetings. • May also help the GSC/CS Groups with their needs for giveaways. • Special Projects • Administrative support for US-EU sale special projects, ex. territory assignments, org charts, travel, calendar. • Customer database implementation.
