Responsibility

The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the Student Success Center. Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment to support students, faculty, and staff. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, email, voicemail, filing, typing, and correspondence in a professional manner, directing calls to appropriate departmental staff and taking detailed messages. Responsible for planning and scheduling appointments/meetings/events/workshops, calling and follow up services with students. This includes agenda preparation, materials, and transcribing minutes for administrative support. Create and maintain accurate and current information, materials, resources needed for orientations, workshops, activities, and other related events/functions in the office area and is easily accessible to students and staff. Provide, generate, and compile reports, documents, and presentations for program related activities and events. Collaboratively works with staff in other departments across the school to support students
