Facilitates office operations by overseeing inventory management, coordinating space allocation, organizing events, executing event plans, and handling paperwork tasks. Functions as a bridge between healthcare providers and various departments within an organization, facilitating smooth communication and unity to meet the requirements of patients. Manages schedules, maintains contact databases, and offers assistance when required. Writes letters, reports, slideshows, schedules, notes, etc. and has a strong command of business technology programs. Executes additional tasks as required
