Responsibility

Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of 12 Environmental Engineering Project Managers and Commercial Portfolio Managers. Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Maintaining and organizing project files, both electronic and physical. Handling incoming calls, physical mail, and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members. Coordinating team events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Managing office supplies and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained. Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting. Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the team’s operations
