Responsibility

Work closely with vegetation management team, including various contractors to complete timesheet approvals. Timely and accurate processing of contractor timesheets and invoices in VGMS the timesheet retention system. Demonstrates full competency and proficiency in examining billing issues and calculating/validating invoices. Ordering and shipping supplies for vegetation management staff. Process check requests and complete various SAP functions. Run operational reports in PowerBI and VGMS the timesheet retention system to complete monthly billing. Tracking of billing and landowner maintenance agreements. Provides technical administrative support to the department and company by correspondence including letters, forms and reports. Filing and retrieving company documents as requested. Demonstrates a solid commitment to all aspects of safety. Assist with in-person meeting arrangements such as rooms, meals, and calendar notices invitations. Meeting internal and external customer expectations with prompt, courteous, timely and accurate. Perform some entry level analyst work that supports Transmission Vegetation Management. Works Demonstrate a willingness to increase experience and improve job skills, knowledge, and expertise. Deal with complex and difficult technical administrative processes and assignments. Provide high level of technical administrative support

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant II for a contract position in York, PA. This will be a hybrid 6-month contract position. This role pays $20- $22 /hour W2 based on experience.
