Responsibility

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm. The Administrative Assistant shall provide clerical and administrative support to the Department Chair and/or Associate Chair and Division Chief for the Departments of Surgery, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, Emergency Medicine, Medicine, Family Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery and occasionally the Director of Peri-operative Services. As a teaching hospital, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for facilitating resident/student rotations in several disciplines. Responsible for maintaining the on-call schedules, performance improvement activities, credentialing and in-house CME programs as well as day-to-day operation of the respective Department offices, if applicable

Two days a month will require a 6am-2pm shift.
