Responsibility

Work hours: M - F 8am - 5pm. Run Reports, Data entry., traffic office administration Admin work. This position will need to have a general understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain operations. This position will need communicate and interact with carriers to ensure equipment availability or reschedules shipments with alternate carriers. Advises Customer Service of any changes from normal schedule. Assists with answering customer service inquiries via email and phone, the DC generic phone extension, transferring calls, sending & receiving faxes, sorting mail, receiving visitors, filing records in accordance with client guidelines, operation of visitor and/or employee entrance device, assisting all visitors in a professional manner. Interacts with Warehouse Associates and Customer Service in a professional manner to assure on-time shipments
