Responsibility

Hours: 730am - 4pm. The Quality Admin Assistant will process and optimize document filing, vault/storage filing, drafting quality documents, and creating methods and file paths for collection of statistical data / documentation. Drafting Word document versions of PIOPs and SOIs that require revisions to insert the changes. AM distribution logs. Maintain any procedural and employee report. Oversees any documentation that is needed to be sent out to a third-party company for scanning/storage. Filing, scanning, and organizing procedures / documents / travelers, manufacturing route cards for: engineering, inspection (receiving & final), inventory control, manufacturing, welding, assembly, shipping, purchasing, etc. Help create methods and file paths for the collection and analysis of statistical data and documentation for ongoing quality improvements and facility training. Participate in training on QA processes. Process standard documentation for customer submittal
