Responsibility
Provide confidential administrative support and related services to the CEO, management staff, and other personnel as needed. Liaison to the volunteers as directed by the CEO. Managing and drafting internal and external communications with staff, management team, and volunteers. Maintaining and scheduling meetings through Microsoft Outlook. Process and assist in preparing executive-level reports, agendas, and meetings. Process various applications, onboarding, hiring, offboarding, status changes, and maintain all confidential forms and records. Gathers information and prepares reports as assigned. Maintains and distributes current employee information, policies, procedures, and other internal and external communication. Compiles, scans, files, and maintains confidential personnel records. Demonstrate financial responsibility and professionalism

Our Team This role will support the CEO, Board of Directors, Management team, and HR. What You Will Do At Mid American Credit Union, an Admin/HR Generalist is a two-fold position.
