Responsibility
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including processing filings, managing mail, and assisting with special projects. Greet visitors and provide friendly and efficient customer service. Answer multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take messages. Review, examine, and process filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify and initiate the deficiency process for filings requiring corrections. Process certified copies and certificates. Handle cash and credit card payments, balance money, and prepare deposits. Assist with tracking and monitoring all incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with separating and distributing expedited filings to the appropriate team. Process fee payments. Provide support for special projects as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned

Front Counter Receptionist and Customer Service Representative Pay: $16/hr Long-term Contract Role Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Onsite (No remote work option) Location: Atlanta, Ga 30334 Parking: Parking - Parking is $10 per day, payable by card only. You have the option to purchase a parking pass for $40 per month. The building is also accessible by MARTA.
