Responsibility
Responsible for doing the paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers and some counter sales. Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service while sensitive to their needs. A team player committed to continuous improvement. Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards. Answers the phone promptly and works with customers on counter sales. Greets customers as they come in. Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc. Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver. Assist with inventory. Clean-up office and waiting area, coffee making, popcorn, and related. Product pick-up/delivery. Actively participates in training and development opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned or needed. Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests. Notifies customer on special order follow-up. Recommend additional preventative services to customers. Maintain a clean and neat work area
