Responsibility
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage office tasks and to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and will be responsible for handling administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, managing files, and providing general support to employees. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Respond to emails, schedule meetings and conference calls. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Produce and distribute correspondence, such as letters, emails, forms, and minutes. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies. Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information, schedule presentations). Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for office visitors, clients, vendors and customers. Perform additional duties, as required
