Duties include coordination of team meetings, handling purchase of indirect manufacturing supplies and office supplies, maintenance of site communication boards and assist with data collection as needed. Create Indirect purchase requisitions and office/breakroom supplies in support of manufacturing team. Coordinate meetings: communicate schedule, arrange lunches and meeting rooms. Assists and coordinates with project planning including preparing schedules, prepare meeting minutes. Prepare official manufacturing documents for archiving and retrieval. Prepares slides/presentation materials showing text, charts, graphics and tables
